Refusing to accept return request

I ordered a product of 65,999. Received a product of Rs. 5,500. Raised return request within 5 minutes of delivery. Return period was 7 days. Flipkart took 8 days to acknowledge the problem. After repeated follow up, Flipkart contacted and asked for some documents to submit. I submitted all documents as required (DL, Aadhar card, images of the WRONG product, manufacturing label of WRONG product, consent form to file FIR). Flipkart cancelled my return request saying documents were not sufficient. I again reached Flipkart's customer care, contacted them 25/30 call times. Again a return request was created from Flipkart's end. I was told that I needed to send my PAN card also with other documents. I did send all that was asked for. This new return request cited that Flipkart will contact me to resolve the issue within 72 hours. No one called me. I called Flipkart everyday for update. Then on the 3rd day, Flipkart again closed the return request without giving any reason. I again contacted Flipkart and they are repeatedly closing my return requests without giving me any reason or informing me. I have contacted them 65 times and they are disconnecting my calls while putting me on hold. All call logs should be available with Flipkart. All written communications are available with me. Now they are telling me that the billing address name is different. I mentioned to them earlier that- In billing address the name appears as GAIL INDIA LIMITED Accnt Of Soujanya Mondal. I always order products using this billing name because these items are booked as assets of my employer- I am Central Govt PSE employee and this is standard practice as per Central govt rule. I asked Customer Care if the billing and delivery address could be different (as in other online retail shops). I was told that customers cannot put different billing and delivery addresses while placing orders. Now I cannot make them understand the very purpose of billing name on an invoice and it can be in any person's/company's name. I have shared with Flipkart my identity card from my employer- this is a Govt. issued id card. This will verify my name, phone number and the delivery address. My name and phone number here are the same as my Flipkart account. This will also verify the connection between my name and name in the billing address. They already have my Addhar card which will verify my identity- name phone number on this are same as my Flipkart account. I do not understand what more documents one can need in order to verify one's identity, account, relation with the billing address and everything thereof.Grievance Number: 2871506 in consumerhelpline.gov.in.
