Fined By TC Because Wrong Ticket Given By Ticket Counter Bathinda

We(3) were traveling from Saharanpur to Sirsa Via Bathinda at Barmer Express on 01/06/2016 21:15. We purchase ticket from Saharanpur for Bathinda and we arrived at bathinda on 02/06/2016 04:15 and we gone for purchase ticket for Sirsa they gave us tickets at ticket counter on 04:20. when we came to plate form we let know that train is at 06:50 Kisan Express, We caught the same. In this Journey TC came to check the Tickets we provide the same but Mr. Pardeep TC Fined us because Ticket Couter Bathinda has gave us tickets at 04:20 of Passanger train which have already been passed at 04:10. We requested TC that fault is from Railway End but He Denied and Fine us with Insulted us.
