I have book A 2S ticket in IRCTC With WL59 with 71% Confirmation chance. But my i have nit alloted confirm seat.
After chart prepared WL01 is the status.
& After I have Refund a massage of refund amount 45 Rupees instead of 116.80 Rupees.
When i have not provided any travel service then Why i have to agree with Refund with deduction of amount.
Please Refund My Amount.
