Dear Sir, I had tata tele internet at my home till 16th Oct 2018 and I officially closed this account and made the payments till that day. I have nextra internet since 17th Oct 2018 But in Tata system seems they kept my account active and charging me till 29 Nov 2018 amount 2897. I have provided tata team all the email, bills etc for my closing the account but they keep on assigning diffrent officer to collect this money which is wrong. There team is harrasing me since last 1.5 years. I want to take legal action against them. Please help.
