Following Clause added to the insurance policy without any consent of coustmer (me) which is one of the a conditions put by company ( non availability of valid driving license)leading to termination of policy. Ihave mailed company to either add compulsory Accident Cover to Mr or cancel policy & Refund me back. But they are pursuing me to take additional Accident Cover.
There system is befooling coustmer by bypassing mandatory requirements & providing cheap option to trap coustmers.
PA Owner Driver Declaration:The Policy has been issued without Compulsory Personal Accident Cover to Owner Driver on the basis of
your declaration that you do not hold a valid Driving License on or before the date of commencement of this Policy / already have an
alternate Personal Accident insurance cover of Rs. 15 Lakhs
