Respected Sir/Madam,
I purchased a mobile(Realme 3 pro) from Flipkart on 9th june 2019 which is delivered to me on 11th june 2019.
Original price of my mobile is Rs 15999. At the time of puchasing mobile i also purchase a insurance namely COMPLETE MOBILE PROTECTION for RS 399 Provided by JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES. This insurance cover any damage to mobile on 1st November 2019 screen of my mobile is broken. On 3rd November 2019 i suit a claim through Flipkart mobile Application.On 12 November i make call in JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES i am received oral insurance of getting my claim till 13 November. On 13 November I call again in JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES on 13 November they. Ask me to call in Flipkart customer services,on 13 November i make multiple calls in both companies because they are referring complaint to one from another. Finally Flipkart registered my complaint and i assured me that my complaint will be solved by 16Nov,4:30 PM(proof attached).on 16 November i call once more in Flipkart and they again guve me assurance that my complaint will solve till 18Nov,5:30PM. After 5:30 i get assurance that it will solved before 9Pm. On 9:30 i call once again they said it will till 12:00 PM.
I paid for the insurance premium but when it's time to give claim both Companies
1- Flipkart
2- JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES
are not either approving my claim neither rejecte my request. It is in processing from last 16 days.
I Request you to take action against these Companies I believe that they are doing such kind of activities with many customers.
