Order and Payment issue with Jio mart and PayTM

I had tried placing an order on JIO Mart on 4th June 2020. I proceeded to the payment and payment was done Successfully. Money got deducted from my account. However the order was not successfully placed and the items are still in my cart.

I had raised a complaint with Jiomart via email. I have not recieved any concrete solution of the same. Also they are unreachable on their telephone helpline numbers. I tried to reach them by social media also, but got no response. I feel cheated and helpless.

    I have raised several complaints, but can't see any of them, neither any emails are received as acknowledgement, nor a copy, no status gets updated either. We have a fair idea why consumers plight is such, from this experience - when consumer court itself has poor service, where will they go?
