Hi,

I have taken the Tikona Broadband connection on 20-Jul-2016. The company installation Engineer said we have to pay Rs.2330/- for 3 months internet service with 4MBPS speed.
But after paying money, from Day 1 we always found issues with connectivity. It gets disconnected and its even hard to get 1MBPS speed. When tried with customer care, they always made false promise to fix it.
We have called so many times to Customer care, installation Engineer and Service Engineer. Nobody responded. Now we want to get disconnected from the service and expect compensation.

    I have already spoken to Tikona Customer Care, several times and asked to stop your services.
    WHEN ARE YOU PAYING BACK MY MONEY - RS 2330?

    I got TIKONA coonection on 23-Apr-2016 and I paid 3months advance bill of Rs.2330/- for service with 4MBPS speed.
    The connnection works fine upto June 29th,2016 after that i facing issue with connectivity and speed.from Day 1 we always found issues with connectivity. When tried with customer care, they always made false promise to fix it.

    Now I spend nearly 500rs for calling customer care and there executives, but they sending bills and mails regarding disconnection,evenThere is prepaid balance left in my account.

    They charging me with out giving connection or servicess of last month.
    I requested for bill wave off they gave 125rs wave off for full month.

    SEVERAL ROUNDS OF DISCUSSIONS HAPPENED WITH CUSTOMER CARE EVEN THOUGH I AM SAYING THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PROPER SERVICE FROM DAY 1, WHAT IS THE POINT IN DISCUSSION? GIVE BACK MY MONEY WITHOUT ANY DELAY. WHILE GIVING CONNECTION YOU TAKE ADVANCE IN 24 HOURS. THEN WHY DONT YOU PAY BACK MONEY IN 24 HOURS? ITS ALREADY MORE THAN A MONTH. ARE YOU READY TO PAY BACK COMPENSATION FOR THE MENTAL HARASSMENT?
