Recharge benefits not given complaint to Idea web Recharge site

I recharge Rs.697 on 22/09/2017 on idea web site(http://www.ideacellular.com) for my idea prepaid mobile no.
issue is that the validly is shown 84 days at the time of recharge. but actually i got only 70 days..
I shall mail to customer care of idea with attached the screen shot's of recharge. also rise complaint in idea web site recharge account. But they can't solve my issues and not increasing my validity to 84 days,now every day they call me and only confirming that you have got 70 days benefits,two times call in one day,they asking me same question in every call.now my patios are over to answer their questions...
