Harassment in the Gas Agency(Prop : Rajendra Malve)

waiting since Around 1.30pm till.now 2.35pm but there is no one to address my concern or Talk to. People here are extremely rude and especially the Lady in Charge Bharti Yadav. They have their all family members in the office and having a gala time enjoying their loved chit chats. No response or respect to customers. I eventually kept waiting and later decided to leave after around >1.5 hours approx.
