Not follow basis safety norms in NICU ward

Respected Sir/ Madam,

My son is born on 1st October 2020 at Niramaya Hospital, Vapi. The baby was kept in ICU ward. He admitted there for 4 days and we found in video footage that all nursing staff coming in NIUC without mask and senitization. We also found in video that sweeper enter in NICU without presence of nurse and stay there for more than 30 minutes every night and touch my baby. I have all evidence record in my phone. At the end of 4th day my son was highly infected and stated breathing problem because of the infection. And thats why I have to shift him to Nirmal Hospital Surat.

Now I want to take strick steps against Niramaya Hospital so other parents don't face the same problems in future.
