I am writing to formally want to file a complaint against a loan app, [stashfin loan app ], for subjecting me to severe mental harassment. I am deeply disturbed by the behaviour of that company recovery agency, which have caused me significant distress and anxiety.

I would like to provide the following details regarding the incidents of mental harassment:

1. Dates of Harassment: [2021 to till date. These dates or time period during which i experienced mental harassment.]

2. Description of Harassment: your loan application recovery agency continued calling me and talked like a inhuman manner. Behaviors was very offensive by your the loan app agency that have caused me to mental distress.

3. Impact : Due to stashfin Loans recovery agent, I was affected from very bad mental health, daily life. Also I suffered from my health issues because I didn't sleep well, felt like very unusual depression due to stashfin Loans recovery agents.


More over I informed to stashfin organization that don't continues calling and texting me.
But they're continue to call and threatening me with name of legal action and call my family members.
No one would called and texted me at the moment of when I needed for the loans. But nowadays
I suffer from financial issues. I can't able to payment one single rupees . When I have money then I will pay if I getting well financial stability. But they continue call and text me.

Loan amount was not successfully disbursed from stashfin app and it didn't credited in my account. I emailed and infrom it many times, it has been many day but I didn't get any satisfied reply from the company. They harrassing me by message or call. I don't want this pathetic and Fraud service anymore. Very worst app. This app carried too much bugs. Also This app control my devices function. Cheating and harassing me and demand high amount of money on name of legal action.
They uses very offensive and vulgar language, and treated as very cruelly and violently which emotionally abuse me.
They threatened to use violence for the name of fake loan.
I apply a loan from stashfin but the status was failed.They calling me frequently for repay. They threatened me frequently and tell we call your contact number. For a long time they threatened and harrassing me anytime
