I ate at Aroma Cafe,Hiranandani,Powai on 23 July,2017. For a bottle of Aquafina water i was charged Rs.79 plus GST @ 18%.I therefore paid Rs.93.22 for this water bottle which has a printed Maximum Retail Price ( including taxes) of Rs. 20 on it. Photos of bill and bottle attached.
I sent email to feedback@ihpl.asia, the owners of Aroma, on 24 July ,asking the following: (a) Can you charge more than the MRP (b) Can you charge GST on the MRP which already includes taxes? I have not received any reply from Aroma.
