I subscribed to Sona Gas agency, Vansant Kunj last month, for 2 cylinder connection. Bith cylinders were supplied in end June. However, both cylinders ran out of gas within 3 weeks! While my earlier average cinsumption of 1 cylinder was for 45 days! When i complained with the Gas agency, they agreed to replace the cylinders at no cost immediately. This was very suspicious and indicative of rampant malpractice at the agency! During the delivery, the delivery person seems to be indulging in some maloractice whilst weighing the cylinders. The agency needs to be booked for cheating its customers, with malafide intent.
