Shifted gas connection to Sona Gas Agency, Vasant Kunj in end Jun 23. Both cylinders delivered were partially filled and didnt last 20 days. The delivery person seems to indulge in some malpractice while weighing the cylinders during delivery of cylinders. When the gas agency was contacted, they were eager to replace the cylinders, which is very suspicious and indicative of rampant malpractice.
The agency needs to be penalised for cheating its customers.
