Amaron battery complaint after 2 years battery getting discharge

At the time of purchasing battery of amaron. shop seller said that no charges will be taken at the stage of any problem under warrenty period,But after 2 years battery getting discharge,BUT WARRENTY IS 4 YEAR,even than my sellers demanding for charges for service.
