We have taken sofa from Arrange free shop by contacting them through online advertisement on +91 93718 85000 . They are doing customised product as per their advertisement hence we order 4 seater sofa and instructed to use plywood under seating area instead of springs. Colour combination also given. During order finalization delivery committed after 4 days (order given on 16 oct 23).We asked for photos while work in progress to check however we did not received them even after repetitive request. Finally order received on 5th Nov 23 ( after 20 days) without use of plywood below seating area and wring colour combination. During order finalization They have taken my old Sofa and agreed to give Sethi with hydraulic balancer opening and plywood seating but that also received without hydraulic balancer and plywood. One small unit which they supposed to be refurbished and send back is still not received till date (45 days after taking it for refurbishment) . Concern person only give commitment of sending it but do not send.
