We have purchased a dinning table with set of 4 chairs from Axis mall,Rajarhat,New Town,Kolkata,West Bengal,on 4.4.2021.Recently one of the leg of a chair has dismantled(one month) and we have repeatedly reported to the same vendor as well as customer care but they demand some amount of money.At this moment my question is that if a vendor or company declaring 3 years of warranty means free service then why they are demanding money?I am astonished to get that kind of non-professional attitude from a repute company like Estilo.
