I have made a purchase of Rs 2000+ on clothes on 30th September 2018 from Amazon. They had a Fashion Cashback Carnival. They made two order number.
It supported 15% cashback on purchase of Rs 2000 for payment made via netbanking/cards/amazon pay. I made the payment through Amazon Pay.
Today, when I inquired on customer care portal they refused to pay me my cashback. I have the scheme mail as well the conversation made between customer care and me.
