Fraud in hotel booking - Goibibo and Oyo

I have traveled from hyd to Bangalore and was in need of hotel, so I searched through Goibibo. I found a hotel name Oyo West fort with free cancellation till check in and went for booking and paid online.
To my shock when I went to the hotel the receptionist said we no more have contract with Oyo so your booking is not confirmed. She suggested me to call customer care number, so I started chat Goibibo, to get another shock that they can't help.So I thought to cancel the booking as it was mentioned free cancellation till check in, but to my surprise I got 0 refund. After sometime I got call from Goibibo customer care they said I cancelled so I am not going to get refund. After a lot of argument they refunded me ₹ 223 of ₹763. Now I went to different hotel directly and hooked a stay.
Next day I wanted to check weather they pulled out that hotel name from Goibibo online booking,but not they are knowningly cheating the customers.Please help me I want my back plus the suffering I felt to be justified.
