I had paid for the purchase of Zanotti 60 pair shoe rack in 5th November via order number 278056. Since then it has been 2 months and I have not received the product. Have written more than 100 mails and made more than 100 calls to their customer care number and Amit Yadav on 9999132132, but here is no response. Seems that these fraudsters have shut shop and run away. I would be making a complaint in Police against this fraud in the next 2 days. Beware of these fraudsters.

Ordered a bed and paid 45000 through razorpay pay on 14th August. Was promised delivery by 22nd August. Product has not been shipped till date. Emails receive no reply.. calls are generally not answered or they call back with various excuses for delay. I want a refund of my money. Pl help
