I brought chicken biryani in swiggy from Bombay A-one bhatiyara hotel in vatva, Ahmedabad.
While eating I found some chicken feathers on the food. It suddenly caused me vomiting and I am feeling embarrassed for eating such uncleaned unhygienic food.
I have complained this regarding to swiggy. They asked apology and returned my paid amount of RS 139.what they can guarantee about my health? Swiggy should have to check the hotel cleanliness before they listed in their site.
But it is not enough for the crime of giving unhygienic contaminated food to buyers who have faith in them. Those peoples are need to be punished or fined for these type of practice.
If it gets failed to fine them then it would be not good for customers health those who buy and eat such contaminated food.
