Hospital Not providing orginal documents after death

Hi my mother in law hospitalized in SAMRIDDHI HEALTH CARE HOSPITAL on 18th of October and she died in ICU after death I am continuously requesting for all original papers blood sample report , ICU day care summary , classification bill for payment , admission papers but they only provided me death' certificate which is also after so many days after multiple requests, death person has medical insurance for hospitalization and I need all original papers for claim insurance and it's timeline is 45 days from date of death total claims amount is approx 1.5 lacs. Hospital denied for all certificate results I will not get insurance money
