High electricity bill consumer of Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited (PVVNL) Ghaziabad

I am a consumer of Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited (PVVNL) and residing at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
My consumer ID is- 8973993754.
I am the new user of PVVNL and getting services since September 2015.
I found a technical error in meter by reflecting 19676 units recorded on 01/11/2015.
Technically this is not possible with the existing Load and sectioned Load limit.
For the same I had registered the complain to their kind office on 01/11/2015 about the same vide complain ID no- 9451558034 and also registered through SMS services at 5616195 (PVVNL Meterdefect) on 02/11/2015.I had represented my grievances by mail but no resolution till today.
Now PVVNL made a bill of around One Lakh even after continuous followup, which is totally injustice and non genuine.
PVVNL can't pose this non-genuine bill on me. Since five months has been over which disturbed my mental peace and family life.
I will request you to find the solution.

    This is to bring a kind notice that we are suffering from high & fake electricity bills due to my meter running so fast and making approx 40 to 81units/day,which is too high from my expectations.Req you to plz change my meter on high priority because I'm unablle to submit such extra and fake amount.pls take it seriously to avoid extra pain on my family.
