Full Payment paid with all documents for Electricity connection disconnect on non-residence house

Dear sir/ madam,

Ref. New A/c No. BD19-1187-L
Old A/c No. A 161/0560
Sub division: P22-BEHOLI

I already paid full amount to disconnect my electricity connection with meter inspection report as well as affidavit (all required docs. with request letter to UHBVN, BEHOLI, SAMALKHA, PANIPAT. But UHBVN, BEHOLI, SAMALKHA, PANIPAT not take action & my electricity meter existing in same position since 1 month more & I self go to UHBVN, BEHOLI, SAMALKHA, PANIPAT 2 times also for request to disconnect the connection. I am no use electricity in village due to I shifted in city since 2 years. Now next electricity bill raise to us for payment by UHBVN, BEHOLI, SAMALKHA, PANIPAT of Rs. 415.00 to pay & I self follow-up by official email but no body revert yet.
