Our local area electric Transformer shutdown due to short circuit. We inform to our local electricity control room, but they are still not getting interest our matters, moreover feeder manager doesn't receiving any phone calls. We are totally helpless and poor people are victims due to unusual situation, it's happening every six months because of the transformer load capacity increase day by day,
