Excessive billing, perhaps the the meter is faulty kindly request to msedcl to check my meter

my consumer no 020020391309 meter no 9001470156 has been billed rs 4630 for july 2016 even though we are not using that much consumption.perhaps the the meter is faulty.I kindly request to msedcl to check my meter and send revised bill to me for the month of july and prior to that
