Bill Revision changed my mechanical meter to digital meter

Dear sir


i have applied 2 times for bill revision but the nesco authority not revised my bill.


As per SDO advice i have changed my mechanical meter to digital meter on april2015


there are 3 months avarage billing is added to my account ,2 months avarage billing was adjusted but other one month avarage billing was not adjusted which was shown on my bill.


for this query i have contacted to SDO,GHATAGAON many times but ther is no result


plaese give me solution of this problem
