Byjus representative came to home for product info and they told refund policy is 30 days, and handshake will be from both sides and after confirmation from customer they will start EMI. I have informed them my child is not using the tablet but when I called byjus before 15 days for cancellations and I wrote mail to byjus on 19-20 days for refund then all representative, mentor called me and there is no refund and they are rejecting my request.need help on this.SBI EMI and intrest has been started.
