Dear CEO,
This is in regarding Pathetic quality of Broadband services offered by your company. I Recently Purchased a new Broadband Service assuming that Airtel is a Big Brand and will stand up-to its standard but my assumption was totally wrong.I am upset with the services and thinking of taking this matter with all social media and live media so that maximum people can get to know about what is happening. I am well aware of your company name and have approached keeping in mind to get better services which proved to be wrong. It’s a pity when I can see that your company has made false promises in providing better quality services.
Below mentioned is my Journey with Airtel so Far.
Phase-1
I applied for a Airtel broadband +fixed line and it was informed that will be installed in next 2 days which never happened as it took around 7 days to install the same with multiple reasons provided for the delay. I still agreed and waited.
Phase-2
Luckily it was installed and from 25th April 2016 it was not working at all it showed limited connectivity all the time didn't knew what was the problem. I tried to call the customer care to report the problem but no success at all and it was more than 10 attempts. Every time IVR says "YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US PLEASE STAY ON THE LINE" and then after 8 minutes of hold I hear the message to call later we are very busy Then after 10 attempts luckily my call got connected and i thought i have reached heaven and Complaint was Logged.
Issue was resolved the next day.
WOW AIRTEL IS VERY BUSY THEY DON'T HAVE TIME TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER AND WANTS THE CUSTOMER TO CALL BACK BY SPENDING THEIR HARD EARN MONEY.
Phase-3
I applied for the connection with plan of 1399.00 +taxes Per month which promised a speed of up-to 16 Mbps till 25 GB and thereafter 512 kbps. The Day when the connection was installed i came to know from the installation engineer that in my area speed will be 8 Mbps not more than that which was a surprise to me still i continued with the installation thinking that 8 Mbps is good speed to work with and post installation engineer did a speed test which showed speed of 4.1 Mbps. Engineer when asked to help with the reason of low speed replied that "SIR IT HAS JUST BEEN INSTALLED AND SPEED WILL GET INCREASED IN NEXT 24 HOURS". I believed in that guy thinking that there would have been some process or procedure which will happen and things will get perfect but again Airtel failed what said.
Last Night i was using your so called premium Broadband service and i observed speed is pathetic and when i did the speed test i found speed provided was even worse than it was at the time of installation. I am really feeling embarrassed to mention the speed i am receiving is 2.1 Mbps and i did the test not once but at-least 15 times till 01:30 midnight.
Mr CEO, Please help me with the information where on the earth this is acceptable after compromising so much.
I Strongly believe that i should not be paying a penny more than Rs.650 for this Premium service per month.
I also take DTH and Mobile services with Airtel and this experience has made me think for a change and have this published somewhere in printing media.
I am Hoping that writing to you would bring some joy to me which can act as medication on my wound.

It is really disgraceful to see the company has made its reputation in a market about offering best Fixed Line Broadband Service but somehow it has failed to keep up the promise nevertheless paying so high it wasn’t expected.
