This is to report that last night I ordered food with help of zomato app and no food was ever delivered and it was claimed to be delivered by delivery executive. There was a call attempt made by delivery executive once where he was not able to reach me through call, where in i got notification and then I called the executive and then i was informed that he is not in situation to deliver food and food will be delivered by someone else and he requested to explain the route. I did so as i was able to realise that zomato executive was badly drunk. After some time I received notification that my food has been delivered and when I tried contacting zomato chat support they informed that their executive is saying food has been delivered and it was never delivered I asked them to make a conference call or of possible i will make however it never happened but I started receiving threatening calls from your executive not to complain and tell food has been delivered. I have all voice recording and even the cctv footage of my house that nobody ever came to deliver food and also the money was paid with help of zomato money. Even after several several requests and efforts nothing was done instead of getting threatening calls.
I would humbly request you to please look into this matter and resolve it or i have to make a police complaint and a complaint in consumer court for all the fraudulent activities you have been doing like this as atleast i have all the proofs how i has made fool by you people last night just because i paid in advance.
