Faulty ac, I bought an split ac 1.5ton on 30june i complaint to dealer ac do not cooling

I bought an split ac 1.5ton on 30june i complaint to dealer ac do not cooling something wrong with that ac.servive center team came 3 days daily and spend 2-3hours but found nothing they vacume ac and refill gas but found nothing they are giving such unsetifeied resons and blaming installer.
On my warning to return the ac dealer came with lloyd emmpyees and he is also not setisified with the cooing but lloyd employees are not ready to listen any thing .
After that on on 9th july i uninstalled it and get return to the dealer.
Now on 14th july still not get a single call from dealer or compomy.Dealer not reay to cancel my loan worth 28000and my Emi is ready to procseed next month.
Kindly look in to the unsetisfied service by dealed and compony.pls look in to this matter on priority and help me to get a new product or cancell my loan.such a hurrsing expirience with this dealer and compony they do not know the value of the customer and the value of time.
I visit 8 time to dealer but they are not giving positive response.
