I have applied for BT Loan to PNBHFL for our under construction flat and the project is showing on their approved project list and they sanctioned the BT loan after visited the site and done all formalities and taken all legal fee around Rs. 10,000/- by cheque but at the time of loan disbursement they have not disburse the loan and taking the time and not replying on my mail. when I spoke to them they said that their technical dept. was not giving approval. when i asked refund of fees paid by me they also denied.
