Not attending for repair of water geyser

i have booked complaint regarding the non-functioning of my v-guard water geyser on 21.1.2021 with complaint id:1-2775720134, when service person came for repair i told him that power suppply is not coming into the geyser and also hot water is not coming freely out from geyser. the service person done only regarding power supply and told that water will come out of the geyser slowlyand chrged Rs.400/- andinformed that if complaint persists they will attend free of service charge upto one month. After 4 days water is not coming out of the geyser i called the service centre repeatedly and they are telling they will send the technician today when ever i call. Till now even after 4 days they do not send the technician for repair and even though i registered again complaint (id:1-2789777568) , because they won't get service charges this time as they told first time paid service chrges will be sufficient for one month. In this winter season i am facing lot of difficulty for bathing and with 2 childern in the home we have tobath will cold water even though we have geyser. These service centre people for the first they called me with in 30 minutes i registered complaint, but during the second time as they won't get service charges they are not responding even after 72 hours. i am a government employee working as assistant professor in Veterinary college in tirupati, request that justice by done to me regarding the inconveinence done to me.
