Upon march 1,2018 reliance bigtv offered a scheme for new connection. On 2 march18 a new connection was booked by me paying rs 499 as advance. They promised tinstallation in 30-45 days max. Several calls till date has been made to their customercare no but no installation yet. No concrete word from their side regarding installation also. No reply regarding refund. No reply by them on complaints raised by me via email/facebook/twitter. Pl help me out.
