online fraud through credit card

Sir/madam,
I am a citibank credit card holder. On Sunday 13 March 2016, I got a call saying that its a call from citibank and they want to add reward points in my card for which they need to generate otp. I gave them information and then there is an onlinee transaction, 10000 each through paytm and 2500 through account free char. i got my card statement yesterday and then I realized it was a fraud call.
We get endless calls from different companies daily and its really difficult to tell who is genuine.
please tell me if anything can be done in this matter?
secondly do I need to do a FIR or just registering with citibank complaint is enough, as i dont know for what purpose the money was used.
