My salary account is blocked for a credit card which is closed 10 years back

Hi,
This is to bring to my notice that my HDFC Bank credit card account bearing number 517635XXXXXX5598 was closed 10 years back and I hold a HDFC salary account from 2003 (13 years).
And now these credit card people have blocked my account. Without any update, prior notification I have neither received any calls/email.
I have been continuously calling on 08067268001 and writing email and there is no response.I have been just receiving system auto generated email
