HI MADAM /SIR!
I am using the credit card of hdfc bank (no-4893771301354658)and having the saving account in the same bank.The credit card department of the same bank hold my saving account on 12/09/2014,and finally withdrew the amount of Rs 40,ooo from my saving account on !4/09/2015.I visited the branch but they refused to help me. I made several attempt to contact them for settlement the issues but they are not giving any response to me. I am facing the financial problem. please interefere to resolve the problem.thank you

Loan Services : Loan services are available between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on all days including Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Demat and Loan Against Securities Account Services : Services are available between 9:30 a.m to 6:30 p.m from Monday to Saturday (This facility is not available on 2nd & 4th Saturdays, all Sundays and Bank Holidays)
Mutual Fund or Investment Services Account related services are offered @ Toll-free number 1800 22 1006 from BSNL / MTNL Landline, anywhere in India or at (022) 6160 6161 during agent hours between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays and 9:30am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays.
