Dear sir/ Madam,
Humbly request to you that, I vikash kr. gupta have been taken credit card from HDFC bank through online bearing credit No-4163 1702 0092 2991 but they are billed to me 1400.00 in Dec but I always denied active and now with interest bill has came approx @Rs.8500.00 it is unacceptable,still i am not using credit card or not generate Pin . How can they raise bill against to me.
Therefore request please legally investigate the matter.
