Complain against HDFC bank Scam on my Bank's confidential information.

I called the HDFC bank on 9th of june 2016 and spoke to madhu sharma AT 3'o clock one of their Delhi branch requesting to block my credit card with them permanently however she refused to do that , stating that i would have to pay them first and then worry about it so i requested her to make me speak to a supervisor , she transferred the call to the Supervisor Faizi Rizvi and he said me the same thing i agreed and we ended the conversation. Today on 2nd of july 2016 i received a call from a guy (+91-8877749798) stating that i'm calling you from HDFC bank Mumbai Branch and my name is manish , he said that i'm calling in to confirm 'IF YOU STILL WANT TO CONTINUE YOUR CARD OR YOU WANT TO SHUT IT PERMANENTLY' , I replied him that i will close my card and i gave him the reason stating that you guys refused to enhance my credit limit and you guys are charging me alot and i'm not in a situation that i can manage to pay it when i'm being charged overlimit fees and late fee charges and i was always fine to pay the interest charges because i owe them on the principal so i'm fine with it however your bank said on 9th of june when i called in to close it , they can't permanently close it . He replied said we will enhance your limit if you like to continue with us . He somehow convinced me it's a call from the bank and his intentions were pure and by sending me various computer generated SMSs , requested repeatedly for the passwords which i was receiving through the messages and gave me statements like sir i need these passwords to enhance the limit and soon you will receive a confirmation SMS stating that your limit has been enhanced. Further he started talking related to credit card and the procedure available for temporarily blocked clients by giving out details like he needs all the confidential details of my credit card except the password along with that he demanded to gurantee several things out of which i had my debit card handy. Through his manupulative talks and my genral awareness about sharing personal details over the phone made me doubt him and in response i asked for his Authentication for say 5th time , in the meantime while speaking i received a message stating that your card has been blocked contact phone banking immediately @61606161 , as i was talking with him from another number as my phone had considerable battery left i immediately asked him where are you calling from and he responded in obscene language and disconnected the call. i called him numerous times and found no answer and on the other hand i called my bank and informed them with the situation and they immediately seized all the information on my request. i spoke to Supervisor: Ranchit singh who said this happens to alot of people and that's common you have to be careful with the information ,you shouldn't have shared your information over the phone so i acknowdleged it and asked him questions related to people i spoke on 9th of june regarding the permanent blockage of my card so i requested him to provide me with the details of the representative and the supervisor who i spoke to on 9th of june 2016 over the phone and the supervisor (Ranchit) was ready to give the name and the employee id's of the representative and the supervisor while writing the names , call gets disconnected suddenly after some time he calls me from a mobile number : +919022578850 (Ranchit singh) and excused to provide me with their employee Identifications , i said you just agreed to give me the information once and now you denyieng to provide me the details and why did you disconnect the call. he called me 3-4 times to conveince me not to take any step forward to it. As i was mentally harassed and my only question that he did not answer was, how my private details were compromised from your end and he was just going round and round with common and lame answers . he deprived me of my right to information against my complaint and not even connecting me with any senior despite of my continous efforts. I found this bank responsible not only for being so casual about the loss which is not monetary yet mental. I'm so upset about myself for not been able to use my account at this time. Though , There was no financial harm done to me however it got me thinking again and again so writing it because i think no body else should go through it and if you can help me with the conclusion of what i had gone through , would be appreciated. I'm waiting eagerly to hear from you.
