Not receiving the item after two days from the date of delivery.

Sir,
I was order an item jbl boombox order id no. OD117227798139594100 on 5th of dec 2019 in 2gud Flipkart and shiped the item through ekart courrier and expected date of delivery to my home was on 11th Dec 2019 but today is 14th of dec 2019 still there is no update information given about delivery of the item from 2gud Flipkart and nor from ekart about so due to their negligence of their service I could not receive the item in time for this reason I am facing lots of problem.
I have enquire in Imphal ekart c ourrier service several times from the day of edd 11th day 2019 they said item is in transit not reaching at Imphal, no contact no. for their courrier office imphal and guwahati I have tried in internet found customers care no. For ekart but it does not exist so this kind of disappointed service must stop or given to those people who were working best
This kind of service is danger for us.
Sir, do some action against Ekart courrier otherwise they will repeating such kind of unpromising and neglecting service may be copy by other courrier too .
