On Monday (09 November) i gave three items to your collection centre at kargil petrol station, Sikandra, Agra
I paid 170 via paytm
Incharge told me that he will pack and dispatch the items on Tuesday.
On Tuesday he didn't pick up my callsm
On Wednesday evening he told me after many calls that one of my three items is missing and he hasn't dispatched/packedbanything yet.
On Thursday i called dtdc customer care and they gave me Agra branch manager number..which is switched off throughout!
Additionally the receipt tha i have. Has consignment number : U00512877
which is also wrongly given as told me by DTDC customer care.
I never DTDC is such an unprofessional company. highly disgusted..there is a full on fraud going on that you must be aware of!

and your customer support is highly unprofessional as well! They don't seem to be of any help. don't want to understand customer's problem at all!
