DTDC Logistics Srinagar/Sopore, Delay in delivery of consignment resulting in financial loss.

A consignment was booked on March 01 2018 Thursday. The shipment number is D41118907. The consignment contained a phone with some essential documents of professional nature. I was assured that the consignment would be delivered within a time frame of 48 hours. However till date the consignment has not been delivered. I tried to contact DTDC office Srinagar they did not respond & were very abusive. I also wrote to DTDC North Headquarters a couple of days back but they have also paid a deaf ear to my complaint. This delay in consignment has resulted in a financial loss to me. Me request is that my financial losses be compensated by DTDC at the earliest possible.
