No intimation regarding exam complaint to Jaipur National University

I took admission in JNU for distance MBA (Infr & constr) on Dec'2016 and paid Rs. 22800/- as 1st installment and exams were supposed to be held during Feb-Mar 2017. But till date its been a year no intimation have been received regarding the exam. I am trying to communicate but the contact nos and email ids are not working. The website jnujprdistance.com also works no more. I have waisted my precious one year. So I dont want to wait more and want my money back.
