Regarding refund amount from byjus classes

I state that my daughter had taken coarse of byjus however to our dissatisfaction byjus was offering only fundamental coarse.
During and before joining lots of promises were made which includes
1) morning classes
2) icse board curriculum
3) personal coaching
4) all subjects shall be covered
5) coarse will progress as per tanvi school teaching.
6) and many other promises.
However to our notice we realized that none was happening.
So applied for refund mail and cancellation within 15 days of commencing coarse.
Before going for refund I had sent mail to improvise on shortcoming and promises made to us within 7 days of commencing coarse.
Even after mailing repeated times and calling on customer care no refund was provided to us and later on no response was shown to us hence it compelled us to go for legal way
