delay in refund of admission fee by Christ university Lavasa, despite cancelling admission 15 days b

I Anil Kumar paid Rs. 2,00,000 (Two lakh) as admission fee for my son Sarthak Dahiya for BBA (Business Analytics) (application number 225110211) on 23/05/2022 online. Later on My son got admission in some other preferred college. As per college guidelines, I intimidated them, 15 days before the commencement of classes for full refund. On 27/07/22 they asked me to fill cancellation form and send bank details of the student.
Then started a long conversation on email
( admission.lavasa@christuniversity.in ) from their side promising refund within 21 days, later they said there were unable as there were banking holidays in maharashtra for this reason & that reason. finally they said after Janmashtmi holidays within 3 working days. then they stopped communication. Later on they said write to this email ( albin.varghese@christuniversity.in) This email replied talk with another 'concerned department'. So they are playing this cat and mouse for last few days.
