Admission token amount not refund by BS International School Electronic City Phase 1

My self Ashif Mirza, I was taken a admission for my two daughters in BS International School which located in electronic City phase I in Jan_23 and submitted 21k as token amount. School given a confirmation by mail about refund confirmation if my children will not join school due valid reason.
In March -23 I given confirmation about my family not shifting in Bengaluru hence my children will not take admission in 23 academic year and request to refund of token amount (21k)
Last six months every two weeks I visited school and sent the mail for the refund subject but school not responding and now they telling school will not refund.
Please do needful, this is a very big amount for me.
I have attached admission token fees transection and school mail refund confirmation mail screenshot for reference.
