I had given a courier to DTDC for delivery from Panipat to Shahjehanpur, U.P. on 30.6.2017. Courier No. is Z31190002. Despite lapse of 31 days, DTDC has not delivered the courier. Moreover, they are not in a position to tell me where the courier packet is.Whereas their site is showing that the packet is recieved by Delhiu Hub. Picture enclosed. Despite numerous correspondence with DTDC lucknow, Delhi and Panipat branch, they are not in a position to tell where the courier packet is.
