Repair of my Moto e mobile, consumer complain against Motorola service centre

I had visited the Motorola service centre, Bhubanewar, Bapujee Nagar for repair of my mobile (Moto e 2nd gen) on 25-06-2016 , in which censor was not working properly and not connected to WiFi network. But the person attending the office has not allowed me to talk to the engineer, nor could trace the problem correctly . He only took my hand set, with a job sheet. The expected date of delivery of my handset was not told to me. Today on 27-06-2016 I have tried 15 to 20 times to contact them on the land line number provided by them but no response. phone is not at all picked up. Please repair my hand set urgently or else provide me a standby handset temporarily.
