Uncaring, avoiding and abusive on item undelivery complaint to sales manager of nehruplaceitmarket.c

Hello,
On 6th August, I purchased a Leelvis TG8818B Non Contact infrared thermometer from nehruplaceitmarket.com, the order id is #2050, purchasing transaction Id is 10839387393IGAJCPPWG6 transfer to 45 (nehruplceitmarket.com online shopping site equivalent code or something so). Sales manager is Sandeep Jain having e-commerce email id as amazon.adimax@gmail.com and WhatsApp number as 09871402345. His company seems like an undertaking subcompany as he gets primary-mails from notification@ecwid.com whenever he emails me. Besides his website is in developing stages, as it's user interface is relatively poor!
This guy Sandeep provide me a wrong India post Tracking I'd which is 6968512403155 (13 digits without starting and ending alphabets), he says give a few hours and I will solve the issue, then next day he says give me a few days we are working on it and again on the forthcoming days he says give me a week we are working. I called him twice a day, he gets angry unreasonably scolds customer, said do whatever you want, Complain to national consumer forum, PM, CM, whoever, are you going to kill me for just 1 product, Don't call and disturb us again and again. I don't know what to do now, please help me out here. For the record, the item was supposed y deliver within 2-6 days as per his email.I also raised complaint at National Consumer Helpline, the complaint ID is 2262883
