The company had damaged my Western Commod and asked me to buy a new one.After repeated requests for a week they came and fixed it.

This time they damaged the kitchen and they wish to come and repair it but not ready to compensate.

Are companies allowed to damage goods multiple times and just say sorry and fix the damaged good? Are they not liable to pay compensation as my product was as new before they damaged it.
